What are the risks involved in embarking on a voyage into the unknown?
By embarking on a voyage into the unknown has numerous risks. By traveling by a vessel, a man do not know the geography of the new lands and they might get lost. Even worse, they are in new lands and a storm struck. Then they would get seriously damaged, be in panic. Worse, their ship might sink. Also, if they do not know how much food they need, they might miscalculate and be starved to death.

What will you do if you actually run into other people?
During my voyage, if I actually run into other groups of people, if they are friendly and act pleasant to us, I would treat them with respect and be friendly. We might share goods that we need and might even support them if they are in trouble. However, if they do not seem friendly and they look suspicious we might just leave them alone or we might kill them. If there is a probability of us losing, then I would just ignore and escape from danger.

Cause of Slavery : The cause of slavery was the greed for power and money. In Africa, each other tribes would capture another during a war and sold them for money. When the Europeans came to Africa, they saw this moment and they bought slaves and brought it to the new lands. When the Europeans brought in slaves, they had a huge profit of the slaves; they kept buying new slaves from Africa and kept of exchanging slaves for money.

Explain the triangular route : The triangular route was the route to trade goods with another countries. The route was started in Africa where slaves were sold and bought to Europeans. The Europeans brought slaves to new lands and slaves had work to do. By the slaves, they created more cotton, sugar, and tobacco. These items were sent to Europe. Europe manufactured goods as textiles, rum and sent these items to Africa. This cycle began and it was called the Triangular trade.

Consequence : The consequence of the mass slave trade was that Africa came very poor. When Europeans bought slaves that were productive, more and more people from Africa was going away. They took most of the men who were productive so, there were only sick, old Africans left in the continent. These people can not work and be productive. People started to get poor because they can not do labor and earn money. Currently, Africa is well known for being poor.
